What you will do Key activities: Managing accounts for the company and building relationships with key personnel Networking within local & national accounts to secure all business opportunities Ensuring internal company functions give the highest level of customer service to national accounts Managing accounts’ special prices requests and products orders Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively Managing contracts and quarterly and annual bonuses Forecasting sales for high volume products/codes Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by national accounts Taking a proactive approach to account management Arranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer Holding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales Constantly looking out for new sales and business opportunities in targeted markets Analyzing market trends and sales Evaluating competitors’ activities Ensuring that all costs are within the budget What you need to succeed Education Degree in Economics Professional Experience Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, preferably within the home appliances or consumer electronics industry Entrepreneurial spirit and approach Autonomy Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Base knowledge of SAP Availability to travel Languages Good knowledge of English Preferred qualifications & soft skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategies Negotiating skills and ability to work by objectives J-18808-Ljbffr
