You will analyze and document eCommerce and financial processes, integrating platforms like Commercetools, Magento, or Shopify with existing legacy systems, Nessoft, new Order Management Systems (OMS), and Microsoft D365 Finance.Your MissionsProvide expertise, context, and direction to assist business operations and tech teams with new developments and implementations.Assist the Product Owner and Tech Lead in refining the strategy through continuous product enhancements.Conduct thorough analysis, documentation, and testing of program development, logic, process flows, and specifications related to eCommerce and finance systems.Create comprehensive training materials tailored to the product area and deliver training sessions to end users and support teams.Participate in troubleshooting and resolving solution issues as part of the third-level support team.Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, focusing on product introductions and change management to maximize adoption and value.Identify gaps in existing functionalities and explore opportunities for process improvement and automation.Inspire and guide team members across various business and IT organizations to collaboratively find solutions that align with customer objectives and IT strategy.Your ProfileFunctional knowledge of Finance, Taxes, Fiscal Legislation, and Accounting flows, particularly in eCommerce.Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Commercetools, Magento, or Shopify.Experience working on Finance/Fiscal legislation initiatives related to retail business flows running on ERP systems, POS systems, and eCommerce.Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance module.Experience in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments.Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels in English.Ability to synthesize complex requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.What We OfferAn international community, bringing together 110+ different nationalities.An environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilities.A robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modules.A vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.).Strong commitments to CSR, notably through participation in our WeCare Together program.Diversity and InclusionAmaris Consulting is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
