Job Description
The successful candidate will have territory responsibility in Europe by managing our existing dealer network and looking for new business opportunities. This position reports directly to the Business Line Manager of Professional Air, but also refers to the Business Line Manager of Compressor Technique Service when it comes to sales related to aftermarket products.
Specific
* Achieve ambitious sales targets in the area under your responsibility
* Prospect, appoint, and develop new dealers to increase market coverage
* Maintain regular contact and further develop existing dealers
* Maintain a solid pipeline of prospect dealers
* Report regularly your business performance and activity plan
* Keep the ownership of all commercial communications to the customers in the area under your responsibility
* Define prices to customers aiming to the highest profitability, securing growth of the revenues
* Monitor and report the development of the market and the activities of competition
* Be responsible of the implementation of the actions defined by the marketing department
* Maintain a strong relationship with the dealers, visiting them regularly
Experience requirements
* Sales experience related to technical products
* Know-how about industrial environment
* Solid experience in managing distributor channels and developing long term relations
* Experience in sales territory management
* Experience in developing new channels and markets
* Experience in compressed air technology or related products will be an asset
Knowledge
Fluent in English (other languages will be a plus)
Strong IT skills, very good knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Driving License
Educational requirements
Technical degree or equivalent experience in working life
Personality requirements
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Hunting profile to develop new business
Outstanding organizational skills
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and clear focus on high quality in daily operations
Ability to work remotely and independently
Ability to travel within the Sales Region for at least 50% of effective working time

The candidate should be resident near one of our main offices, located in Casalecchio di Reno (BO) or Robassomero (TO)
