Job Title: Payment Acceptance Support Project Manager
This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days of work per week in our Milan office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the implementation of POS acceptance solutions and infrastructure.
* Develop and monitor all POS and ATM business requirements and project plans.
* Create product specifications and documentation for POS acceptance and other cardholder sales solutions.
* Conduct site discovery sessions to identify operational requirements.
* Supervise configuration tests for POS system software and hardware.
* Provide support for daily reporting across product categories with acquirers.
* Develop a POS Help Desk plan and create training materials for onsite event staff.
