The resource is responsible for developing a sales team, coordinating sales operations and implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently.
Her/him tasks include assigning sales territories, mentoring members of their sales team, assigning sales training and building sales plans.
The resource will directly manage Key Accounts, existing customers and hunt new customers in the assigned territories or segments.
Responsible to meet and exceed sales and margin targets in accordance with the overall Prym’s sales strategy.
Main tasks:
* Analyze profitability and commercial relevance of the existing and potential customers.
* Define a value-based sales strategies for the assigned customers and territories to ensure Company’s and personal’s sales and margin targets are met or exceeded.
* Close customer contact and development of personal relationship with customer’s main decision makers and stakeholders.
* Detect market trends and market needs sharing them with all relevant functions.
* Submit to Product Development new product requests in accordance with Prym’s sales strategy and market needs.
* Define and maintain customer price lists.
* Define customers’ sales conditions such as: payment terms, freight costs, discounts, sales bonus.
* Active management of AR and overdues.
* Provide sales forecasts in accordance with existing Demand Planning tools.
* Participation to fairs and Company marketing events.
Requirements:
* Diploma/University degree
* At least 5 years previous experience in the sales roles of components and accessories for the Fashion industry.
* Ability to manage a team
* Good SAP knowledge.
* Fluent in spoken and written Italian and proficient in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and true team player mentality.
* Self-motivation. Well organized and target oriented.
