We might be able to help you.Your ChallengeAs a solution consultant/analyst in our global “SherpaX SI CPQ project, you will continue to shape and implement the foundation for the state-of-the-art IT platform for the offering business in Smart Infrastructure (SI). Together with the agile team, the product owner, the solution architect, the product manager, and the development team, you will be the bridge between the business and the IT team and define the requirements and user stories for the new SF RLM CPQ solution. Integrations and information management from disparate information systems within Siemens SI IT application landscape including interfaces to ERP and other systems will play a key role to enable end-to-end business processes.Your main activities will be to:Identify and elicit the SI CPQ business needsResearch, plan, and explain to PO’s and developers what is required while overseeing the progress and quality of the projectAct as a bridge between the business and the IT teamWork closely with the SI CPQ architect to develop smart and efficient IT solutionsBreak down business features into manageable user storiesWork in an Agile Safe frameworkSupport evolving the functional solution architectureTo be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:Multiple years’ experience with Salesforce CPQ+ as a solutions consultantKnowledge of SFDC development and/or Admin is a plusExperience in defining features and user stories in at least one large-scale SDLC international project, preferably in the space of CPQExperience presenting design solutions to PO’s or other decision-makers, and selling ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)Orchestrating different internal and external teams on topics like interfaces/processes to achieve a common agreed solutionExperience in Agile DEVOPS SCRUM environmentStrong team player with experience in an international environmentA pragmatic mindset with output orientationFluency in English and Italian, both oral and written (German is a plus)Strong focus on meeting Siemens quality guidelines (for both product and process)Eligibility to work in ItalyWhat we offerGuiding development teams with requirements and gaining experience towards SI businessWorking in an international environment.
