Operations Manager Italy
About Us: Sector Alarm has rapidly grown to become the leading security provider in Europe. We are now seeking a decisive and dynamic leader to join our Italian operations team.
Role Overview: As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our Italian operations. You will have direct personnel responsibility for the Service & Maintenance, Training, Tech Support, and Alarm Receiving Center teams. We are looking for a proactive, confident, and results-oriented leader who will ensure optimal customer care through the excellent delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Management: Directly manage and support the following teams: Service & Maintenance, Training, Tech Support, Alarm Receiving Center.
* Performance Oversight: Maintain budget and performance responsibility, ensuring all KPIs are met.
* Training & Development: Ensure all sales installers, trainers, and all roles connected to sales & installs receive adequate training and follow-up to meet targets. Coordinate and facilitate training and certification of future installers.
* Operational Excellence: Manage volume and workload to ensure availability for installation and service at all times.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive operational improvements and execute new initiatives.
* Collaboration: Foster close dialogue and collaboration with other departments.
* Travel: Regular presence at branch offices across Italy, with some travel required.

Qualifications:
* Nice to have Engineering Master’s Degree or proven equivalent working experience.
* Strong technical competence and financial acumen.
* Excellent execution skills.
* Proficient in Italian and English, both verbal and written.
* Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
* Ability to work on and implement both small and large improvements.
* Strong decision-making skills based on sound judgment.
* Enjoy working at both strategic and operational levels.
* Class B driver’s license.
* Good knowledge of Excel.
* Ability to deliver C-level presentations.
