The candidate will join the team in our Wholesale Customer Service Department in Marghera (VE).
Main Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with international customers by providing product information, order status updates, and post-sales support;
* Manage seasonal orders (price list updates, adjustments, and changes to order headers or lines) and replenishment or product exchange requests;
* Monitor order turnaround times and ensure compliance with contractual terms and guidelines set by sales management;
* Coordinate and manage shipments, including all necessary export documentation;
* Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Area Managers, Credit, Logistics, Production, Merchandising) to ensure excellent customer service.
Key Requirements:
* 3+ years of professional experience in Customer Service roles;
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel;
* Fluent proficiency in English and Italian is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus (French or German);
* Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic, “start-up-like” environment and in multi-tasking;
* Ownership attitude, coupled with ambition, results-oriented mindset, and strong curiosity;
* Degree in Business, Foreign Languages, or related studies preferred.
