Business Development at IDFL Laboratory and Institute
Overview:
* Work Schedule: Full Time (40 hours per week).
* Location: Imola, Italy.
The Client Service Specialist/Administrative Assistant plays a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring efficient service, and promoting IDFL’s global vision and range of products. Additionally, they support the manager in various daily work activities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Management of general and administrative secretarial activities.
* Support in organizing daily and weekly activities within the Italy office.
* Execution of administrative and accounting tasks assigned by the manager.
* Assistance with certification-related activities, such as awareness sessions, pre-audit visits, client meetings, etc.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Administrative skills or experience in administrative and accounting management.
* Proficiency in English.
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge and experience in the textile, apparel, or quality assurance sector (strongly preferred).
* Experience in administrative and accounting fields.
* Previous experience in client service.
