The Supply Planning Specialist is responsible for planning internal production lines and has direct accountability for a specific line of business (pharmaceutical form). Furthermore, he/she will serve as the key reference for related Stock Management (FP/SMF Working Capital), ensuring optimal supply performance and effective inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Elaborate the RCCP for 24 months (rough cut capacity plan), aggregate capacity-constrained and balanced PoR for network review of capacity issues.
* Review previous months' volumes to highlight main variations and conduct root cause analysis for monthly forecast submission.
* Collaborate with the Site Scheduling Team to resolve asset balancing trade-offs, ensuring sufficient supply performance.
* Review high-level supply requirements across the full constrained horizon and prioritize orders based on market inventory position and SKU segmentation.
* S&OE (Sales & Operation Execution) Governance: a) Participate in weekly supply governance calls to troubleshoot low stock issues and balance cost vs. supply trade-offs; b) Track root causes and prioritize remediation and prevention actions.
* FP/SMF Inventory Projection: Evaluate internal production to balance absorption costs vs. working capital objectives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Previous experience in supply planning, demand planning, or inventory management within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and ERP systems.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
