Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated HCM Business Advisory Analyst to provide professional advice and guidance to business leaders in assigned Divisions/Business Units. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of HR experience in multi-country environments, fluency in Italian and English, and excellent knowledge of labor legislation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide timely advice and guidance to business leaders on specific functional subject areas, ensuring adherence to Bank policy and relevant legal/regulatory frameworks.
* Deliver appropriate products and solutions to meet the needs of assigned Division/Business Unit, promoting and supporting cross-divisional initiatives.
* Collaborate with colleagues to implement policies and processes aligned with Bank and Divisional strategy.
Requirements:
* HR experience in companies operating in multi-country environments.
* Fluency in Italian and English.
* Data-driven approach, using data to support decisions like resource forecasting and capacity planning.
* Very good knowledge of labor legislation.
* Full understanding of all HR functions.
