**Your Mission:**
You will drive growth by retaining and developing current customers and acquiring new accounts, reporting to the Head of Sales.
This role offers the opportunity to shape and implement impactful sales strategies for a global leader in industrial IT solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective clients to grow our solutions portfolio.
* Analyze market potential and assess customer value for strategic growth.
* Develop and execute a robust Business Development plan.
* Deliver quarterly sales performance reports and ensure excellence in bid management.
* Stay ahead of market trends, competitive activities, and product advancements to maximize customer satisfaction.
* Maintain and optimize our CRM database to support effective organization and communication.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in selling CAD Systems and/or Product Lifecycle Management solutions.
* Fluency in Italian and English (both essential).
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Results-driven mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingness to travel (a valid driving license is essential).
