Job Description:
TP-LINK ITALY S.R.L is a leading company in the consumer and SMB networking space, seeking a driven, dynamic, and ambitious professional to enhance its sales team.
As an Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM), you will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals by managing a designated account set of partners. You will build direct relationships with channel partners to maximize Tp-Link penetration and opportunities on your territory. Your role will involve managing all aspects of sales, helping customers maximize their revenue.
This position represents a potential first step towards an extremely interesting professional future in the world of Information and Technology. The ISAM role is a training ground for roles such as Account or Area Manager, Product Manager, Business Development, and managerial positions like Sales or Commercial Director, CIO, CTO, or CEO in the IT sector.
The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team environment, enjoying a dynamic and changing atmosphere. A background in market products and technical trends, networking technical knowledge, and solutions is an added value.
Key responsibilities include owning partner relationships, carrying legal quota, and driving growth for a fixed set of accounts. You will also develop and hunt for opportunities through sales & marketing activities with partners to drive technology penetration in your account list.
Desired skills and experience include a BS/BA degree equivalent or close to graduation, preferably in IT-related fields. Good communication and presentation skills are essential, along with strong social skills, organizational skills, and a basic understanding of account and project management.
Responsibilities:
* Owns partners relationships, carries legal quota, and is responsible for the growth of a fixed set of accounts.
* Develops/Hunts for opportunities through sales & marketing activities with partners to drive technology penetration in your account list.
* Collaborate with the entire sales team to close the deals once an opportunity is identified.
* Leverages new technologies and social selling practices to enhance the partner's experience and to accelerate Tp-Link Enterprise business.
* Develops account plans and campaigns towards selected market opportunities.
* Prioritizes internal and external resources and executes to meet or exceed sales quota.
* Will bring new ideas for building new business and creating additional pipeline.
Requirements:
* BS/BA degree equivalent or close to graduation.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Preferred specialization: Communication, automation, mechanical, electronic, and telecommunications engineering, and other similar specializations.
* A high level of service and customer orientation as well as reliability.
* Very good knowledge of Italian and good English in spoken and written.
* Very good social skills, communication skills, and organizational skills to manage the customer in technical side and basic understanding about account and project management.
