Sales Representative – Steel Tradingfor sales and business development of the domestic marketWE OFFERAn international operating company with headquarter in Austria.Independent working environment where creativity and own ideas for market and business development are welcome.Long term perspective for personnel development in a brand-new company setup, however, with a strong and historical group background of more than 150 years.Company car inclusive, mobile phone as well as company laptop, also for private use.Working in a young and energetic team, with flat hierarchies.For this interesting and challenging position, we offer a competitive salary package, to be defined based on the experience and seniority of the candidate.YOUR TASKSManaging relationships with existing customers in the domestic market.Acquisition of new customers in the domestic (eventual international markets).Marketing and sales of steel products & services within a defined product portfolio.Flexible working approach from the office (inside sales) vs. on the road (outside sales, indicative 3 days a week).Market analysis, preparation and follow up on sales enquiries, offers, purchase order with close coordination of the group head office in Austria.Negotiation of prices and commercial / technical terms with customers.Negotiation with relevant material suppliers (domestic & international), in close coordination with central procurement of the Group.Assistance in development of market strategy / customer & business development.Follow up on outstanding payments / managing payment cycles with customers.Attending exhibitions and other relevant industry events.Interaction with Group head office in Austria as well as other Group companies in Europe.Reporting directly to local Managing Directors.OUR REQUIREMENTSUniversity Degree in either Business Administration or Economics, Marketing or related fields.Experience in marketing & sales and business development preferably from the steel sector.Strong sales and customer orientation.Home location ideally in the North of Italy.Driving License (Class B) and willingness to travel.Strong knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working in a digital environment.Strong communication skills in written and verbal local language (mother tongue), English (Professional Level), further languages especially German is a plus.Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build relationships with both customers and suppliers.High level of flexibility, independence, and open-minded approach.Negotiation skills and solution-orientation, able to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment.In case of interest please get in touch with reference KSISALES and your CV to ******
