Support new or existing certifications for ISO45001 and other similar certifications.Talent Segment: Workplace Management SolutionsKey Responsibilities:Establish standards for Occupational Health in compliance with the ISO 45001 Occupational Health Safety Management SystemDirect and monitor compliance with occupational health laws concerning suppliers operating in Accenture officesWork with Workplace and Procurement teams as needed to support the suppliers’ qualification process for assessing occupational health behavioursWork, as necessary, with Business Functions, Contract Management, Tender Public and Legal offices for properly addressing Health Safety matters/obligations in the RFI / RFP and for supporting Clients’ prequalification questionnaireSupport carrying out occupational risks assessment, onsite inspections, emergency response planning and ISO 45001 audits at Company and Client sitesSupport, as necessary, the Venture Acquisition during Occupational Health Safety due diligence and the Post Merge Integration phasesContribute to handle the relationships with key company leaders (board levels, executives and senior management), internal auditors and, as needed, external public Health Safety auditorsIdentify opportunities for program and standards improvementsSupport Accenture Global Occupational Health programsDevelop and manage, as needed, relationships with suppliers providing OHS services to AccentureMinimum Requirements:At least 5 years work experience in Occupational Health SafetyKnowledge of Local Occupational Health and Safety codes and requirementsGood English written and spoken and in MS Office toolsOrganizational, time and project management basic skillsAbility to work flexible hours as needed to respond to Health Safety issues
