In TDSYNNEX we are looking for an Internal sales specialized within Security Business Unit, responsible for processes and vendors pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolio
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Build excellent resellers and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge, subject to clear managerial direction
2. Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company
3. Engages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities
4. Manages reporting and customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in “intelligent project fishing”
5. Either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements
6. Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
7. Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers
8. Attainment of Key Performance Indicators ( KPI’s ) such as customer engagement
9. Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition
10. Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.)
11. Provides accurate and timely quotations
12. Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
13. 5+ years of experience
14. Cyber-security skills and knowledge are a pre-requisite
15. Italian and English fluent
16. Good attention to details
17. Excellent telephone manner and Effective Communication Skills
18. Priority management and planning skills
19. Strive to achieve set targets
20. Good relationship building
21. Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM
22. A knowledge of product set would be desirable but not essential
