JOB SUMMARY
For our 5*L Spa in Como, opening in April 2025, we are looking for an experienced Spa Manager to manage the following activities:
1. Operational supervision of therapists, sharing daily objectives, and CRM activities
2. Client management: from welcoming to post-treatment feedback and follow-up
3. Customer retention, monitoring expiring programs, and identifying new sales opportunities to discuss maintenance plans with therapists
4. Reporting on finances, monitoring marketing activities, and preparing monthly/quarterly budgets.
5. Direct sales of programs/products through tailored consultations
Requirements:
1. 5 years minimum experience as a Spa Manager/Director in structured and high-level environments
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
3. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve excellence
5. Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness trends
6. Ability to manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and optimize operations
7. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering a high-quality guest experience
8. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
