All three operating segments work together to deliver attractive financial outcomes for our clients, and superior shareholder returns.Through our behaviours of telling it like it is, owning it now, and moving it forward together with care and integrity; we are creating an exceptional place to work for exceptional talent.We will consider flexible working arrangements for any of our roles and also offer workplace accommodations to ensure you have what you need to effectively deliver in your role.Key Work Level Accountabilities:Colleague:Accountable for delivering a high standard quality service and product to customers and stakeholders.Focuses on quality of delivery to achieve clear, outstanding outputs within guidelines and precedent.Runs the organization's processes and systems following pre-defined procedures.Adapts to change, responds with initiative and makes suggestions for improvements to own work and processes.Key Responsibilities for this role:Work with wider Marketing functions to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and marketing activities covering wholesale, institutional and end investor facing initiatives in the defined markets.Ensure that all marketing literature and activities comply with the regulatory and TCF requirements of the FCA, the CSSF and the local regulators: CNMV, CMVM and SEC and FINRA and that compliance processes are strictly adhered to on a day-to-day basis.Monthly reporting and analysis on digital KPIs to measure campaign results covering advertising, email marketing, videos, campaigns, social media, websites, google ads, content partnerships and any relevant digital promotional activity associated to the channels.Maintain a comprehensive range of marketing literature up-to-date, being responsible for the delivery from start to finish.Update existing and create new materials to support campaigns, events or sales activity, working closely with the relevant teams.Implement regular and tactical email campaigns to deliver top-quality digital communications to clients and the delivery of other digital initiatives like videos, landing pages, online brochures, etc.Manage and develop the content pipeline for clients and media partnerships, delivering advertorials and content requests for external partners' publications and websites.Content development and channel admin management for the social media profile in LinkedIn within the Italian channel.Create and update content for Italian websites.Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to ensure deadlines are adhered to and processes are effectively followed.Support the Marketing Lead on invoice processing and related budget reviews required for forecasts and finance reporting.Support the Marketing Lead and the wider Marketing Team on the coordination, planning and execution for global ad hoc projects.Key Knowledge, Skills Experience:Native Italian speaker with a good level of English.A marketing qualification and relevant previous work experience in marketing roles.Good understanding of investment products and the financial services industry.Enthusiastic and motivated team player with exceptional communication skills, able to work effectively with different people and departments.Proficient in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects).Excellent organizational skills in order to manage numerous projects at the same time with outstanding priority management and multi-tasking.Digitally-led and creative flair.Deadline-oriented, excellent proof-reading skills and able to work effectively under pressure and with tight deadlines.Positive 'can do' attitude.We have a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture at MG plc, underpinned by our policies and our employee-led networks who provide networking opportunities, advice and support for the diverse communities our colleagues represent.
