Key Account Manager has the task of promoting and developing the business in the small and medium enterprises.
According to business needs, the KAM has assigned dealers, brokers and an exclusive area of competence.
Fleet by Dealer KAM's mission is to improve the capabilities of dealers on fleet channels (in particular promoting champions program) and products’ sales both through direct relations with companies and through collaboration with dealers and brokers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage all dealers and brokers in scope, in order to increase fleet market share, volumes and economic targets for both Passenger Cars and LCV.
2. Improve the fleet world’s specialized network (dealer champion) through the implementation of all the items included in the champion program.
3. Guarantee a share of volumes in the major Italian broker’s scenario, through the implementation of an incentive plan and by supporting in critical negotiations.
PROFILE BACKGROUND
1. Experience in commercial role in automotive business or in other commercial business.
2. Proficiency in English language.
3. Master Degree (economic field preferred).
