We offer the opportunity to work from our locations in Steyr, Munich, Hamburg or in a hybrid model.
Salary: € 60,000 gross/year (depending on qualifications and experience with willingness to significantly overpay + variable component)
Responsibilities
* Strategic market development: Responsibility for the development and implementation of the overall sales strategy in the Italian markets
* Analysis and research: conducting legal and market research as well as detailed competitive analyses to identify market potentials
* Customer support: Active acquisition of new customers and sustainable support and further development of existing customers
* Company representation: at customers, trade fairs and industry events
* Product Ownership: Responsibility for assigned products in close cooperation with our product development team
* Sales controlling and reporting: analysis of sales performance and regular reporting to management
* Professional leadership: assuming professional responsibility for (junior) business development managers and their onboarding and further development
Qualifications
* Completed commercial or legal studies or several years of professional experience in a comparable position
* Strong analytical skills and interest in tax and legal matters
* Business fluent in English and Italian, German an advantage
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* High degree of independence, empathy and ability to work in a team
* Willingness to travel to the extent of approx. 20%
