Your Challenges Acquisition, development of key customer and manager “customer satisfaction”; Analyse the portfolio of potential customer according to the product/service offered. Study the market, the competitors and industry trends to develop the strategic commercial planning and identify sales, revenue and market share objectives (on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis); Sales planning and forecasting and the scheduling of sales activities; Controlling sales performance through sales metrics such as Return On Sales (ROS) and the stock situation. Analyse the performance of sellers and sales channels, reporting to the top management; Sales IT system support; KPI setting and E2E customer-based project management; Select and train the sales personnel, define the remuneration schemes and incentives for sellers. Manage the entire commercial network; Complete other work as assigned by management. Your profile includes: Fluent English (if known Chinese, it’s better) Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite) Capacity to identify and resolve issues promptly Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Five to 10 years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Management or related degree MBA preferred What we offer?
