3Search are working with a leading high-growth, international brand who are looking to hire an integrated Senior Brand/Marketing Manager, based in Italy, to look after all regional marketing activity specifically for their Italian locations/businesses.
Working closely with the London HQ and central marketing team you will help develop and deliver all regional marketing plans and campaigns. This is a unique role which will see you coordinate and liaise with multiple stakeholders and partners both within Italy as well as with the central marketing team and your global peers.
Role Overview:
You will work with the Head of Brand to develop marketing plans that are specific to the Italian audience/market and then coordinate with the internal creative studio to execute plans.
Channels include: print/collateral, social media, CRM, websites, PR and events. It's a varied and exciting role which will see you manage multiple campaigns simultaneously from end to end.
This is a hands-on executional and delivery role which will need you to be a strong project manager with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. There will also be an opportunity to have creative/strategic input particularly when it comes to adapting global campaigns specifically to the Italian market.
As well as the executional aspect to the role, you will be responsible for tracking marketing performance using data to optimise campaigns to drive better marketing ROI.
You will be supported by a Social Media Executive and also work closely with the wider global marketing team to drive growth specifically within the Italian region.
This role will suit someone with/who:
* 5-7 years brand/marketing experience within B2C Consumer marketing
* Familiarity across integrated marketing channels, including internal and external communications, marketing collateral, brand development, CRM, and social media
* Enjoys working at pace with experience coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong project management skills- able to manage a campaign from end to end
* Strong commercial and data analytical approach
* Fluent in Italian & Advanced/Professional English
