MDOTM is looking for an outstanding Marketer with a strong business orientation, creativity, and communication skills. You will play a key role in developing and executing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and manage high quality content for various marketing channels including website, social media, email campaigns, and blogs
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities & customer needs and shape the marketing strategy
* Plan, coordinate, & execute industry events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences and manage event logistics, including vendor relations, budgets, and on-site execution
* Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract and convert prospects
* Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows and CRM systems
* Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field
* Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the fintech or finance industry and/or SaaS platforms
* Experience in event management and organization
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and content marketing
* Knowledge of digital marketing software
* Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
* Clear and effective communication, analysis, and time management skills
* Analytical mindset
* Proficiency in English (C1 or above)
Bonus Points:
* Experience with managing performance marketing campaigns to drive measurable ROI and optimize cost per acquisition (CPA)
* Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software
* Understanding of financial markets
