Job Title: Brand Manager Central and Eastern Europe
The role is part of the UPSA Central and Eastern Europe Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Marketing Director Central and Eastern Europe.
Responsibilities:
1. Define and implement the marketing strategy for the category, with the support of the Head of Marketing.
2. Monitor market data and measure business performance against set objectives. Raise challenges when needed and constantly spot growth opportunities.
3. Regularly connect with Country Leads and Distributors marketing teams to share inputs, track projects, and markets performance.
4. Lead markets in delivering the innovation pipeline, with clear timeline setting and strong activation plans; support the Head of Marketing in designing and implementing proper CMI plot where needed.
5. Periodically connect with the Global Marketing Team to drive relevant projects for the region and share best practices and learnings.
6. Contribute to create a culture based on feedback sharing, growth mindset, team spirit, entrepreneurship, and courage.
Requirements:
1. 3-5 years of professional experience within Brand management; consumer Health Care experience is nice to have.
2. Ownership and entrepreneurial spirit.
3. Positive can-do attitude and drive towards results.
4. Resiliency: able to lead by influencing cross-functional teams locally and globally.
5. Independence, organized and structured working style.
6. Mental agility.
7. Fluent in English.
