We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities
* Maintenance Planning and Monitoring: Plan, manage, and monitor routine and extraordinary maintenance of company systems (electrical, fire safety, video surveillance) and facilities, ensuring quality, timing, and full usability.
* Supply Contract Management: Manage supply contracts related to maintenance services and monitor supplier performance.
* Service Provider Supervision: Supervise service providers for maintenance, cleaning, security, and other services dedicated to buildings and personnel.
* Operational Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on infrastructure and facility operations, proposing solutions to improve operational efficiency.
* Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations (HSE), collaborating with the Compliance team during audits.
* Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement projects for company facilities.
* Space Management: Manage space planning, optimizing allocation and usage of spaces through dedicated platforms.
* Project Management: Monitor renovation, refurbishment, and space management projects, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and costs.

Required Technical Skills
* Experience: At least 3 years of previous experience in medium/large companies.
* Knowledge: Knowledge of workplace safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes.
* Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel for work, aimed at supervising and monitoring new and/or additional sites.
* Software Proficiency: Knowledge of the Office Suite, particularly Excel.
