As market leaders in the consumer and SMB networking space TP-LINK Italy is looking for a Junior Distribution Account Manager to further enhance the sales team and bring new sales opportunities to the business. This will allow the successful candidate to make a significant impact and truly play a part in the development and success of the Italian business moving forwards. The individual must have a solid background in business development, account management and field sales experience, he will work within the TP-LINK distribution team and have good knowledge of the VAR and Distribution channel.Key job role and responsibilities:Manage and grow relationship with local or national distributors, sub-distributors or key partners, ensure long-term business to reach the company’s target.Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.Ability to find possible new distributors/partners and fully develop the business potential.Negotiate contract/conditions with distributors/partners, develops dedicated promotions plans, marketing activities to maximize value for both company and customers.Monitor market trends, competitors, and market opportunities to refine business strategies.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and customer support) to deliver customized solutions.Provide regular reports on distributor performance, feedback, and market insights. Desired Skills and ExperienceMinimum 2-3 years experience of brand management in distribution ,or 2-3 years experience of account management in vendors, preferably in the ITC industry. Knowledge of IT distributors world or Knowledge of main IT chain steps involved in the sales process will be preferred.Business trips are required for managing and developing customers.Must be competent and efficient on personal computer; possess ability to use, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint ) .Bachelor's Degree is requiredMust have excellent and effective communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, both orally and written.Fluent English is requiredTP-LINK is always on the lookout for energetic individuals, who are enthusiastic about their work and willing to learn.
