SALES BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATORCompany missionAWS Corporation S.r.L., a leading company in the design, construction, installation, start-up and assistance of plants, machines and equipment for the gas treatment and purification of polluted emissions into the atmosphere, is hiring a new profile for its main Head Quarter located in the south province of Bergamo.Main activitiesManage customers with a highly technical and consultancy approach to understand their needs and propose tailor-made solutions during the project design bidding phase, meeting customers face to face as needed.Prepare and manage sales offers with back office support and maintain constant direct communication with clients.Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support to strengthen relationships with customers (minimum 1 week/month outside office visiting existing and new potential clients).Analyze markets and collaborate with management to define commercial action plans aligned with the company's growth objectives.Organize and participate in trade fairs.Report sales activities to management to promote the sale of the company’s products to worldwide markets.Selected profileBachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental or Energetic Engineering.Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D technical drawing software.Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.Willingness and availability for short/medium-term travel, both in Italy and abroad.Excellent proficiency in Windows and office applications.Proactive and flexible in work approach.Motivated and enthusiastic to contribute to the company's success.Reporting: Refer to the Managing Director and the Sales Coordinator.Function relationships:Internal: Commercial Office, Operations Manager, Engineering Department, and Project Manager.External: Customers (mainly international).Requirements to participate in the Selections:Working place: South Province of Bergamo.Working hours: Full Time 40h per week (from 08.30 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 17.30).Type of contract: Permanent employment in the company.Salary: To be defined based on the candidate's experience and skills.Benefit: Welfare as envisaged by the National Collective Contract.
