For this key position within our company, we are looking for a candidate with solid experience in the field of IT infrastructures, with recognised expertise in the management of LAN, WAN and WiFi networks, hosting, data storage and backup.
The IS/IT Infrastructure Domain Manager manages all the operations and resources for production, support, and technical architecture for the business unit's activity.
He/she is responsible for achieving the service quality and safety levels expected by users.
He/she leads and coordinates the activities of the entity's various sectors and the people involved, to guarantee optimum operation of the services he/she has to produce (planning, organization, deadlines, standards, etc.).
As an activity manager, he/she directs, leads, coordinates, and manages an IT unit to achieve the objectives set as part of the strategy defined for his/her department. He/she is the driving force behind proposals for major IS developments in line with the strategy determined by the IT Director.
He/she is the guarantor of IT services produced with quality and security at optimum cost.
The ideal candidate will also have a good knowledge of the digital workplace and local and help desk services. They will need to be able to manage a team of 20-25 people in 5 different countries, as well as managing telecoms infrastructure suppliers and end-users effectively.

This role requires managerial and leadership skills.
1. From the point of view of technical activities, in the domain of management of his/her department, he/she supervises all the production of services in his/her domain (studies, roadmap, run support, expertise, architecture, configuration management, CMDB, etc.).
2. As part of the Run, support and component development activities of his/her department, he/she supervises all production and associated support: management, administration and operation and maintenance of hardware, operating software and basic software, and optimises IT resources.
3. He/she positions requests for changes (initiatives, projects, MCO, etc.) in an existing and evolving business environment.
4. In the field of quality and safety, he/she is the guarantor of the system's reliability and applies the emergency and back-up plans.
5. He/she is responsible for ensuring that computer processing is carried out in the best possible conditions in terms of quality, deadlines and costs.
6. In the domain of quality and cybersecurity, the IS/IT Infrastructure Manager checks the reliability of the systems he/she operates for Business and data security; where necessary, he/she defines contingency plans and ensures that contingency and backup plans are applied.
7. He/she is a driving force behind proposals to: ensure that production resources are maintained at an appropriate technical level and anticipate technological developments and their impact on the design of the production environment (e.g. integration of new equipment, fleet management);
8. He/she coordinates the processing of data in the best conditions of quality, deadlines and costs.
9. He/she organizes information in the event of a disruption and disseminates the information needed to carry out the job;
10. He/she is responsible for making proposals, from a technical, economic and budgetary point of view, to ensure that production resources are maintained at an appropriate technical level and to anticipate technological developments and their impact on the sizing of the production environment (e.g. integration of new equipment, capacity management);
11. He/she is responsible for monitoring the service contracts in his/her field, working with the Contract Manager and the Sourcing Department.
12. He/she coordinates, manages, and leads the staff in his/her unit; He/she draws up and monitors the workload plan.
13. He/she distributes the workload, in terms of volume and timetable, according to the forecast changes in the workforce and skills of his/her unit.
14. He/she directs, organizes, plans and controls the business unit's activities.
15. He/she negotiates the entity's objectives and resources.
16. He/she oversees financial management (recurrent and project), ensuring compliance with budgetary procedures.
17. He/she ensures that the projects and applications within his/her domain of responsibility are consistent with those of other domains.
18. He/she draws up and monitors the performance indicators.
19. He/she analyses and proposes solutions to continually improve the productivity of his/her unit.
20. He/she capitalizes on and structures knowledge to make the IS easier to understand, by integrating different points of view (strategic, business, technical, but also human, accounting, security, etc.);
21. He/she facilitates dialogue between the business players and the IS/IT players.
22. He/she will promote the use of IS mapping by the business units through consultancy and communication activities.
23. He/she organizes information in the event of a disruption, disseminates the information needed to perform the job with the application domains and the business line.
24. He/she is responsible for monitoring service contracts in his/her domain.
