Job Description:
The role involves onboarding new Key Accounts of trade Agents, Interior Designers & Architects through regular meetings and field visits. Generating sales leads from existing Key Accounts is also crucial, achieved through regular follow-up. A strong pipeline of sales orders must be maintained by effectively managing opportunities at different stages of the sales cycle.
Staying updated about market trends through competition mapping is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Onboard new Key Accounts through regular meetings and field visits
* Generate sales leads from existing Key Accounts through regular follow-up
* Maintain a strong pipeline of sales orders by effectively managing opportunities
* Stay updated about market trends through competition mapping
Professional Qualifications:
* 8+ years of management/supervisory experience in sales vertical with proficiency in Italian & English
* Experience in selling products in projects through architects & interior designers
* Demonstrated experience in understanding Architectural & Design Projects & requirements from the Interior Designers & Architects (IDA)
* Leadership experience in a Luxury Interior Brand, specifically furniture, Lighting, and similar products
* Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis
