Job Description:
As a leading player in the consumer and SMB networking market, we are seeking a Junior Distribution Account Manager to enhance our sales team and identify new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with local or national distributors, sub-distributors, or key partners to achieve long-term business goals.
* Create and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
* Foster new business partnerships and fully exploit their potential.
* Negotiate contracts and conditions with distributors/partners, design dedicated promotion plans, and marketing activities to maximize value for both parties.
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities to refine business strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and customer support) to deliver tailored solutions.
* Provide regular reports on distributor performance, feedback, and market insights.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand management within distribution or account management in vendors, preferably in the ITC industry.
* Knowledge of IT distributors or the main steps involved in the sales process is desirable.
* Business travel required for managing and developing customers.
* Proficiency in personal computer skills and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Bachelor's Degree is required.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, both verbally and in writing.
* Fluent English is required.
