Job Title: Security Specialist
In alignment with Richemont Europe's security strategy and objectives, this role collaborates with the security team to implement projects, concepts, directives, and strategies across the Market.
Impact:
* Work closely with the security team and staff, as well as other business partners, to ensure compliance with Richemont Security Directives and contribute to the development and implementation of compliant security solutions.
* Participate in reviewing and implementing Richemont's constructive and technical specifications within Richemont locations, aimed at ensuring adherence to guidelines.
* Support the team for new and renovated boutiques projects from a security perspective, ensuring system contractors are managed and Richemont guidelines are implemented accordingly.
* Assist the security team in implementing operational procedures for each main location.
* Participate in conducting training related to security matters and implements best practices.
* Conduct regular Boutique and location visits to support security initiatives.
* Collaborate with the security team in preparing concepts for security activities and assist in overseeing the proper implementation of the concept.
* Monitor KPIs and SLA compliance for external suppliers, highlighting and identifying breaches in Richemont guidelines.
* Work with the security team to develop and implement a compliance strategy for external suppliers, participating in reviews with security providers to ensure the highest standards are maintained and action plans are developed where necessary.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a physical security role.
* Security certifications such as UNI 10459:2017.
* Experience with security technology (intrusion detection systems, video analytics, and access control software).
* Experience with security investigations and incident response.
* Experience with security training and awareness programs.
* Confident with IT and digital systems.
* Solution-oriented, proactive, takes initiative on projects, is well-organized, demonstrates attention to details, ability to work and perform effectively in a constantly changing environment.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
