Commissioning Project Manager –
About the Role:
Are you an experienced Commissioning Project Manager looking to lead high-performing teams in delivering state-of-the-art mission-critical facilities ? We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled professional to oversee end-to-end commissioning of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring facility operational readiness while working with global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead commissioning activities from planning to execution for assigned systems and packages .
* Manage project completion through tagging processes and system turnover strategies.
* Act as the primary point of contact for all commissioning activities within your scope.
* Oversee vendor/contractor coordination (GC, MC, EPC, Client) and ensure efficient delivery .
* Develop and implement commissioning plans, test procedures (ITPs/ITRs), and quality control strategies .
* Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and align activities with safety compliance (PTW, SSOW, LOTO).
* Provide technical leadership to resolve challenges and ensure smooth progress.
* Drive key milestones, inspections, and system handovers while ensuring compliance with project requirements.
* Manage and track QA/QC, documentation, testing, and issue resolution (punch lists) .
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 8+ years in MEP commissioning, preferably in mission-critical facilities (Data Centers, Industrial, Large-Scale Infrastructure).
Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, piping, and mechanical systems .
Leadership & Communication: Proven experience in managing high-performing teams and working cross-functionally with stakeholders.
Project Management: Strong ability to track milestones, manage risks, and optimize completion. PM certification is a plus.
Documentation & Compliance: Familiarity with QA/QC processes, system integration, and testing procedures .
Software Proficiency: Ability to use project management tools and commissioning tracking systems.
