What will be your responsibility?
You will be responsible for external sales: attracting, retaining, and cultivating customer relationships through sales visits, follow-ups, and participation in workshops and exhibitions, reporting to the Sales Director.
What daily functions will you perform?
* Research and identification of potential business and market trends.
* Attracting, retaining, and cultivating customer relationships through sales visits, participation in exhibitions and workshops, generating quotations, following up on customer requests, and providing assistance in event production when necessary.
* Maintaining the database/CRM.
* Preparing monthly reports on production and activities.
What are the essential skills and qualifications for the position?
* Knowledge of customer portfolio management and CRM.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience as a salesperson in the hotel industry.
* Knowledge of the national and international hotel industry market.
* Proficiency in English is a non-negotiable requirement. Knowledge of the Spanish language is desirable.
* Italian native-bilingual.
* Ability to work towards targets, a clear customer focus, and strong negotiation and communication skills.
* We are looking for an individual available to work in Rome with the willingness to travel.
* A driver's license and a personal vehicle are indispensable requirements.
