Our expertise spans multiple industries, delivering tailored e-commerce solutions to our clients.About the RoleWe are seeking an Account Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our global client base. This role is fast-paced, strategic, and requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Operating in a small team, your work will have a direct impact on both client success and overall business performance.Your ResponsibilitiesManage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their strategic goals and sales targets are met.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Lead and coordinate a back-office team to support account activities.Oversee and optimise client accounts across multiple e-commerce platforms.Collaborate with operations and warehousing teams to align support functions with account management needs.Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure seamless client operations.Analyse e-commerce data and provide insights to shape client strategies.Deliver detailed reports and performance analysis, including forecasts and sales projections.Travel occasionally for in-person client meetings.Develop and execute marketing and budget strategies aligned with client objectives.Work with the finance team on purchase orders, invoicing, and remittances.Adapt to the evolving e-commerce landscape by proactively developing innovative solutions.Your QualificationsProven experience in account management.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
