Key Responsibilities:
The role will be responsible for selling the company’s embossing rollers to customers.
The role involves building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, negotiating contracts and closing sales.
The Sales Account supports our customers in pilot testing, design and implementation of technical solutions.
1. Mechanical design and drawing
2. Develop both independently and with other designers creative solutions for embossing rolls
3. Provide creative and competitive solutions for product development
4. Study and develop new methodologies in order to improve embossing rolls
5. Keep updtate on new products
6. Create an offer from the customer's needs
7. Visit and maintain relationships with customers and
8. Scout for new customers
9. Conduct negotiations
10. Analyze the market and competition
11. Organize and participate in company trade fairs
To succeed in this role you should have
12. Degree in Engineering or Industrial Design
13. Fluent spoken and written both English and Italian, plus another language
14. Knowledege of mechanical design
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM; knowledge of SAP is desired
16. Strong numerical, financial and analytical abilities
17. Able to balance budgets
18. Available to travel all the time requested
19. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
