Job Summary
This role is part of Apple's Sales organisation, which generates revenue to fuel product and service development, enriching the lives of hundreds of millions worldwide. The Point of Sales Operations Manager will lead teams across Italy, Spain, and Portugal, ensuring quality and customer experience through merchandising programs deployment, maintenance, and interactive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive POS Ops initiatives across Italy, Spain, and Portugal countries, working closely with channel Sales, Finance, EMEIA POS Ops, and key business partners.
* Focus on effective program coverage and planning, execution, monitoring, and measurement of customer experience at POS.
* Develop key actions to enhance program quality, product presentation, visibility, and effectiveness in store.
* Provide direction to central and POS Ops team members, building an understanding of how their roles contribute to sales strategy achievement.
* Motivate and drive people to successfully deliver, embracing agility to achieve common goals.
Requirements
* BA/BS preferred or equivalent.
* Experience in a trade marketing role is preferable.
* Fluency in Italian and/or Spanish, written & spoken.
