Customer Service Specialist
As a permanent professional in the metal mechanics sector, you will report to the Service Manager and be responsible for managing and resolving technical complaints related to our products (industrial machines). You will be the primary point of contact for customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* You will provide technical support to the sales network, concessionaires, and subsidiaries through remote or on-site assistance, providing analysis of applied products.
* You will manage containment actions following complaints.
* You will analyze the causes of failure and repair the product.
* You will interface with internal entities to ensure product quality for the customer.
* You will manage product warranties.
Requirements:
* Degree or Master's degree in Mechanical/Electronic/Mechatronic field.
* Knowledge of industrial automation products.
* Basic knowledge of PLCs and field buses.
* Aptitude for analysis and problem-solving, proactive and positive approach.
* Strong ability to work in groups, also at an international level.
* Languages: good written and spoken English skills.
* Experience: at least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
