With over 60 stores worldwide plus a unique bespoke service available through its workshops on Rue Marbeuf and Rue de Sèvres in Paris, Berluti celebrates craftsmanship, timeless know-how and state-of-the-art technique.MISSIONThe Senior Production Planner is responsible for the short to medium term planning elaboration of the production processes for both external suppliers and internal departments on a dedicated portfolio of orders and product categories.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure proper planning and monitoring of production for the brand Catalogue and, if necessary, propose trade-offs based on limited resources of workforce or raw materials.Manage a portfolio of orders aiming to ensure due deliveries from external suppliers and internal departments and thus the overall service rate of the Manufacture;Develop the workload plan and manage the external production capacities in collaboration with the Flow Manager;Ensure the proper functioning and relevance of the results of the Planning Software (Horizon) and be a key actor regarding the continuous improvement of the tool.Support the development of junior planners within the Production Planning team.Ensure service rate: the percentage of orders shipped on time.Carry out various analyses and reporting: on the performance of departments and suppliers, on the timing related to deliveries and adherence to Lead Time, on the causes of delays, and on projections of production capacity.PROFILEEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in EngineeringExperience: Minimum 5 years of experience working within a Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment, with specific experience in supplier management and internal planning activities;IT Skills: Expertise in the use of spreadsheet software for data analysis and reporting; solid functional knowledge of ERP software, with a preference for SAP. Excel is mandatory;Skills: Proven leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills.
