B2B procurement is going through a digital transformation, and as an Account Manager you will lead this change for our customers with our innovative Amazon Business solution.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyse and define customer procurement needs to design how Amazon Business can solve their operational and strategic challenges.
2. Advise customers on setting up a comprehensive procurement solution using Amazon Business to accelerate their digital transformation.
3. Identify new product development opportunities and collect and relay customer needs to internal Amazon teams.
Requirements:
* Italian and English language required.
* Experience in Sales managing a portfolio of accounts.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Active listener and effective communicator.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.
* BA/BS required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Expert use of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.
* Experience in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment with significant ambiguity.
* Knowledge of Business-To-Business (B2B) sales.
* Experience working with senior stakeholders in private or public organizations.
* Expertise in Procurement.
