Other languages are considered a plus.Flexibility and availability to travelDriving LicenceIntermediate or Advanced Excel SkillsWho we are looking for?Strategy and AnalysisConduct ongoing analysis of competitors, consumer targets, and market trends to provide strategic insights for the annual marketing and sales planning.Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnership teams to support the development and execution of annual Brand Plans.Trade MarketingPlan, execute, and evaluate activation programs in On-Trade and Off-Trade channels, domestically and internationally.Act as a liaison with distributors, providing comprehensive support for trade activations:Develop activation concepts, ensuring inclusion of suitable POS materials and overseeing the creation of bespoke assets as required.Create clear and detailed presentation decks, formats, and activation guidelines.Coordinate special projects (e.g., account takeovers), managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.Ensure effective communication across the marketing team regarding relevant activations.Actively participate in selected activations to measure performance, gather distributor/client feedback, and propose actionable improvements.Trade ShowsEnd-to-end management of trade show activities, closely coordinating with respective Sales Managers, including:Collect and analyze trade show details and requirements.Define Portofino Dry Gin’s type and scope of participation.Budget preparation, management, and cost tracking.Establish and maintain the brand profile on relevant trade show platforms.Coordinate with the Graphic Design department to create and approve all necessary marketing assets.Identify products and POS materials for trade shows, overseeing logistics.Source and contract staff, suppliers, and stand construction providers.Ensure thorough preparation and organization of the stand, coordinating all logistical and operational requirements.Collect all necessary documentation, ensuring internal alignment.Facilitate internal marketing communications to promote trade show participation.Collect and share best practices post-event.Trade Marketing & POS CoordinationAnalyze performance and effectiveness of POS materials annually, in close collaboration with Logistics and Sales departments.Collect market feedback on existing POS materials, identifying needs for new materials or adjustments.Assist Marketing in developing a list of potential POS items for the next cycle, incorporating logistical and commercial input.Present finalized POS catalogs to markets, manage order collection, and ensure smooth implementation.Brand Ambassador CoordinationCoordinate activities of the Global Brand Ambassador related to trade activations.Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance and impact of Brand Ambassador initiatives.Brand and Partnerships EventsSupport the Marketing team in planning, organizing, and executing key Brand and Partnership Events to enhance visibility, engagement, and brand image (e.g. definition of the event format, location scouting, bartender involvement, catering, entertainment, production of invitations and materials, shipping coordination)If you want to be part of building our brand worldwide, send us your CV to and a motivational letter telling us in brief why we would be a perfect match.We look forward to meeting you!Our Values: Passion | Authenticity | Craftmanship & Sustainability
