Join in reporting and controlling processes. Optimize our resources with us. Participate in interviews, applicant communication, and documentation. Collaborate with team members to develop new processes and optimize our service. Qualifications: High Performer: You are in the Top 10% of your studies or other fields. Problem solver: You are solution-oriented with excellent attention to detail. Previous roles: Experience as an intern in Project Management, Business Management, or HR Management. Education: Bachelor or Master in HR Management, Business Management, International Communications, or related fields. Language skills: Excellent written and spoken German and English (C2).
