You will join as an intern the Organization structure and will have the opportunity to work on strategic projects for the Bank, acquiring skills and knowledge in the organisation/project management field. You will be supported in the planning, execution and control activities of the projects, contributing actively defining and monitoring KPIs and preparing useful reports for communicating results. You will also be responsible for organizing and managing work progress, liaising with all company structures involved in the relevant projects your contribution in the design/redesign of the processes for the various structures of the Group, contributing to the definition and updating of the regulatory system.
