Dolce&Gabbana is seeking a dynamic CRM Specialist to manage our retail and wholesale CRM strategies, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or luxury sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and optimize CRM strategies across D2C and wholesale channels.
* Manage digital marketing campaigns, leveraging CRM platforms to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
* Analyze customer data to create personalized marketing campaigns and improve overall customer journey.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with broader business goals.
* Ensure the smooth execution of email, SMS, social media, and other marketing campaigns
* Track and report on key CRM metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or luxury sectors.
* Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and digital marketing tools.
* Strong understanding of data analysis and segmentation for targeted marketing.
* Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
* Familiarity with the beauty segment is a plus.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
