HSPI is looking for a Facility Coordinator.
In particular, as part of the Facility Management Team, you will provide strategic and operational support to the Management, contributing to ensuring an efficient and well-organized working environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and monitor the routine and extraordinary maintenance of company systems (electrical, fire safety, video surveillance) and facilities, ensuring quality, timing, and full usability.
Manage supply contracts related to maintenance services and monitor supplier performance.
Supervise service providers for maintenance, cleaning, security, and other services dedicated to buildings and personnel.
Prepare periodic reports on infrastructure and facility operations, proposing solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations (HSE), collaborating with the Compliance team during audits.
Support continuous improvement projects for company facilities.
Manage space planning, optimizing allocation and usage of spaces through dedicated platforms.
Monitor renovation, refurbishment, and space management projects, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and costs.
Required Technical Skills:
At least 3 years of previous experience in medium/large companies.
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes.
Willingness to travel for work, aimed at supervising and monitoring new and/or additional sites.
Knowledge of the Office Suite, particularly Excel.
