About The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Innovation Designer to join our Technical Department, specifically within the Innovation Team. This role will translate customer voices into innovative solutions and services, applying design thinking principles to drive meaningful results.
Main Responsibilities:
Identify weak signals and analyze industrial and product design trends with a focus on the medical market.
Develop and maintain design guidelines and language tables while applying usability and sustainability principles.
Propose contamination of technical solutions and styles through an interdisciplinary approach, focusing on industrial and product design.
Organize design workshops, leading problem-solving and idea-generation sessions using appropriate methodologies involving cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Prototype and develop MVPs (minimum viable products) and PoCs (proofs of concept), allowing a hands-on approach to innovation processes.
Who We Are Looking For:
To successfully carry out the required activities, we seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Design & Engineering, Industrial Design, or related fields.
At least two years of experience in product-focused companies.
Fluent knowledge of English and Italian languages.
Problem-solving orientation.
Creativity and imagination.
Technical Skills Required:
3D freeform modeling (e.g., Rhino).
Knowledge of animation and 3D rendering software.
Sketching skills.
Knowledge of design thinking methodologies.
Understanding of environmental sustainability topics.
A plus if you have experience with parametric 3D modeling (e.g., Creo) or proficiency in digital tools such as AI to optimize research and design processes.
