We are seeking a part-time Client Advisor to join our team in the Malpensa Store in Milano.
The ideal candidate will possess impeccable presentation and natural elegance, guiding each client through the brand's values and heritage, building strong relationships and achieving profitable results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure a unique client experience, creating long-lasting relationships through personalized attention, sales support, and after-sales services.
* Achieve exceptional selling performances and results by developing effective strategies and techniques.
* Maintain high visual standards in store, collaborating with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure replenishment and stock management.
* Contribute to inventory preparation and execution while working closely with the team.
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in luxury retail or fashion companies.
* International experience, either professional or non-professional, is highly valued.
* A passion for retail, a customer-centric approach, and commercial acumen.
* Strong understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, teamwork, and adaptability.
* Fluency in English, with proficiency in another language considered an asset.
