As Free2move Rent's regional representative to its partners, you will manage and develop a network of agencies and a fleet of several hundred vehicles.
Your next missions:
As the head of your regional Business Unit, you'll be responsible for its economic and commercial performance, for delighting our customers and ensuring the satisfaction of our (your) partners.
* You help your partners to succeed by passing on your operational know-how and developing their sales.
* You support them in the expansion of their sites and the possible opening of new sites.
* You place the autonomy and performance of your agencies at the heart of your concerns, and provide them with day-to-day support, both physically and remotely.
* You will actively prospect for new local partners.
* You implement key accounts locally, ensuring a high level of service.
* You manage pricing positioning (Yield Management) in consultation with your agencies and boost additional sales, such as optional and fleet insurances.
* Train your partners in our tools and systems and ensure that they are used to the full.
* Ensure compliance with Free2move Rent quality standards and support your partners on the road to customer satisfaction.
* You manage all KPIs and produce the necessary reports.
* You define action plans and implement them in practice.
Expected skills:
* 5 years vehicle rental operations experience
* 2 years sales experience
* 5 years customer-facing experience
* Presenting experience
* Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
* Be a self-starter with high personal accountability
* Team-oriented and positive attitude
* Ability to work under deadlines and pressures
* Familiarity with the Google Suite (Drive) and MS Office
* Strong negotiation skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
* Italian driving license
* Willingness to travel
* You are based close to Torino or Milano
