Join our team as Product Manager from our headquarters' offices in Brugine (Padua), and remotely from home. We consider a great mix working remotely from home and meeting colleagues in the offices.
We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to join our team focused on Sensors Platforms. The Product Manager will provide for collecting and managing market requirements, analysing competitor's products and contributing to define the roadmap for new products. In collaboration with the Product Management team, the Product Manager will be accountable for the entire lifecycle of a product line and leverage continuous innovation to improve Quality, Cost and Delivery performances of the product.
Being successful in this role requires having excellent communication skills, being self-motivated and able to work as part of a team. It requires passion for creating best in class solutions and a strong vision for the product as well as a high level of flexibility, proactivity and time management skills.
* 5-7 years in a similar position, preferably in the B2B electronics industry.
* Strong cross-functional teamwork attitude.
* Curious and passionate with electromechanical disciplines (STEM Degree is a plus)
* Conscious on how HVAC/R units will impact on the Environment
* Highly motivated and able to show initiative and accountability within a dynamic work environment
* An ability to find innovative approaches to problem solving and to show initiative in overcoming challenges.
* Solid communications skills in English, both written and verbal, including the ability to create and deliver clear, concise presentations to audiences possessing technically diverse skillsets and backgrounds.
* The role is global, it requires the ability to travel internationally and to work with distributed teams.
