The Product Marketing Manager plays an important role in the growth of our business and is part of a critical team driving business ambition as categories expert with the portfolio she/he is entrusted with. He/She champions the innovation product roadmap building needed portfolio, seeking fitted solutions with high consideration to customer voices, marketplace insights and industry considerations within the prioritised channels. Ambitious product launches to market are expected with business and market analytics, instinctive insights, and the discipline to focus being the valued attributes of the role.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the development of product strategy by identifying customer needs and iterating on the product vision
2. A category expert who distilled insights into development of product/category strategies, create long term product roadmap to align with growth ambitions
3. Person lives and thrives with productive Strategic assessments and provides critical analysis. Be responsible for creating and executing Product to Market strategies with its primary function to define value propositions and sharpen differentiation as well as sizing target market within our priority channels/customers.
4. Gather, monitor, and keep track of all stakeholder needs across various product releases.
5. Work collaboratively with other critical functions, including functional teammates in Product development Engineering, Finance, Commercial, Customer Care and Marketing Insights, to articulate, plan and craft the opportunity for building a comprehensive fitted portfolio.
6. Own and manage the product roadmap and build strong relationships with key stakeholders that will allow the team to understand gaps and prioritize the right solutions
7. Identify emerging trends, anticipate market shifts, and make informed decisions to maintain our competitive positions
8. Conduct user interviews to understand market needs, desires, and pain points to influence the product/category directions.
9. Set up and leverage data sources to collect product analytics that will track, visualize, and analyze user engagement and behavior data
10. Partner with Marketing to make sure the stories for successful product launches are sharpen and communicated well
11. Qualify requirements through rigorous discovery and validation activities with customers and market research.
12. Manage reports on portfolio update, roadmap, product development and own regular meetings with teams.
Requirements – Qualifications, Skills, Competences
13. Have At least and above 5 years working experience on top of 3 years’ Product Management experience. Shown proven understanding of product, portfolio and marketing strategy, twinned with executional skills to ambitious growth.
14. Bachelor degree or above in business administration/marketing/economics
15. Have a proven track record of working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with unclear settings.
16. Have a thorough understanding of the product development process and intervene to share your input.
17. Handle all aspects of product management, which means identifying market opportunities by user research. Then develop product roadmaps according to market opportunities.
18. Passion for building portfolio, desire to win, curiosity to examine ways to drive successful wanted solutions to customer.
19. Well organized and the ability to navigate in a world of ambiguity, craft in product storytelling, creative and innovative problem solver.
20. Build motivation and work very well in fast paced, dynamic, matrixed environment.
21. Self-assured self-starter who is eager to work alone and with cross-functional partners and senior management teams.
22. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, including the capacity to connect with and win the confidence of external partners and internal stakeholders. (Both in English and Italian)
23. Proven success in implementing product marketing strategies such as product positioning and sales enablement.
24. Proven track record of effective storytelling and creating compelling content across multiple media.
25. Knowledge and hands-on experience in both quantitative and qualitative market research techniques.
26. Knowledge of product-led growth strategies.
27. Utilize the data from channel partners, competitors, and the company’s partnership team to improve our message, guarantee product-market fit and impact the product roadmap.
