Position Summary
Within the Order Fulfillment Team, responsible for the stock allocation process of all business categories of Food and Petcare, you will support the Order Fulfillment Specialist for Out of Retail sales organization.
You will help identify the best actions required to fulfill customer orders in the Italian Market by allocating stock according to material availability in the logistic Distribution Center to meet customer requirements in terms of quantities, timing, and shelf-life requirements while minimizing costs.
Collaborate across market functions, such as Demand & Supply Planning and Transportation Hub, to align on actions to mitigate risk and impact, while providing proactive communication to sales in case of foreseen out-of-stock situations.
Help analyze the orders portfolio and maintain proper mitigation actions such as maintenance of quota, stock reservations, and sales order optimization supporting system parameter changes, including root cause code application.
Monitor target achievements on Service level KPIs (COF and OTIF) and Health Checks attainment for the Order Fulfillment function.
Participate in Order Fulfillment operational review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement in the demand management process.
Participate in two main projects: analyzing operational and process impacts for demand management of One Sales Organization implementation for OOR channel (Stairway Project), and follow the Dynamic Order Fulfillment initiative by supporting the integration of new IT applications to the current system setup.
Key Outputs / Deliverables
* Analyze and evaluate the customer orders portfolio.
* Analyze current and future stock situations on two Distribution Centers.
* Integrate as much as possible controls within Information System applications (Excel and SAP) to reduce manual activities and improve automation.
* Support Stairway and Dynamic Order Fulfillment Project.

* Short experience in Supply Chain/Operations is a plus.
* Good knowledge and use of Excel, Power BI (SAP is a plus).
* Strong relationship and communication skills.

* Fluent in both Italian and English.
